No formal education required Job Summary Rainbow Outdoor Living is seeking dependable and motivated Installers to join our team. The Installer will assist with the delivery, assembly, installation, and setup of outdoor living products at residential customer locations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and learning new skills. No prior installation experience is required. The company is willing to train the right candidate. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with loading, unloading, transporting, and organizing outdoor living products and installation materials. Assemble and install outdoor products according to company guidelines and manufacturer specifications. Use basic hand and power tools safely and properly. Assist with measuring, leveling, securing, and positioning products during installation. Prepare work areas and ensure installation sites are clean and safe. Follow instructions from lead installers and supervisors. Work as part of a team to complete installations efficiently and accurately. Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition. Provide professional and courteous service to customers while working at residential locations. Follow all company safety procedures and installation standards. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications No prior installation or construction experience required; training will be provided. Valid Texas driver's license required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions. Work Environment This position is based out of the company's warehouse in San Juan, Texas, with work performed at customer locations throughout the Rio Grande Valley.
