Full-time, Monday-Friday Essential Job Functions:

Must be able to lift heavy sections all day, be able to lift heavy loads regularly, be able to stand all day. Must have an eye for detail (when checking finished parts for quality) as post quality-control inspection and post powder-coat check. Must be a motivated team player that enjoys working. This is a hot and fast paced area. Must be highly dependable, good communication/collaborator and conscientious of deadlines. Able to learn new and changing skills. Inspects powdered area and performs touch up work as needed and rechecks. Assists in sandblasting and sand removal and clean up. General help to load parts into machines. Follow directions of supervisor.

Qualification:

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to use tools & operate equipment in a safe and productive manner. Ability to effectively communicate in English (speak, read, write, and understand), and communicate verbally with co-workers in a productive manner. Interpret general work and safety instructions/guidelines. Ability to work flexible schedule when needed and work schedule and time restrictions with limited supervision.

Attendance Requirements:

Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the attendance policy stated in the company's employee handbook. Must be available and willing to work overtime hours as the employer determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs. Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; use hands to finger, hand feel, reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to walk; occasionally required to sit, push/pull, bend, twist/turn, climb, sweep, shovel, balance, kneel, stoop, crouch or crawl. The employee will frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth vision, ability to adjust focus, and good hand/eye coordination.

Safety & Work Environment:

Continuously monitor all aspects of production to maximize efficiency, & maintain a safe work environment at all times. Must comply with required PPE and wear protective equipment as required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals, and extreme heat. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
