Fortress Floors Virginia is a leading installer of 100% Polyurea-Based Concrete Floor Coating Systems with Polyaspartic Top Coats. We transform garage floors, patios, basements, pool decks, sidewalks, commercial spaces, and more. Position Overview:

As an Installer, you'll assist in the preparation and installation of our industry-leading concrete floor coating systems. You'll work as part of a professional crew under the direction of a Crew Lead, learning the trade from the ground up. No prior concrete coating experience is necessary — we provide paid, hands-on training. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with surface preparation including diamond grinding and vacuuming Help with crack repairs & fixes. Mix and help apply polyurea base coats, flake broadcast, and polyaspartic top coats Load and unload materials and tools Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Learn and follow the Fortress Floors Virginia installation process Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a professional appearance and attitude Safely operate basic hand tools and power equipment Support the crew in daily tasks and assist with setup and cleanup

Willingness to learn a skilled trade and work hard Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Strong work ethic and team-first attitude Reliable transportation to job sites or shop location Valid driver's license and ability to pass a criminal background check
