Are you looking for a stable, hands-on career in a high-demand trade? We are seeking a motivated, hard-working Entry-Level Flooring Installer to join our team in Port Angeles. No prior flooring experience is necessary. We will provide complete, hands-on training to the right candidate who brings a great attitude and a strong work ethic. You will work alongside experienced installers learning how to prepare subfloors, handle materials, and install various types of flooring (carpet, vinyl, hardwood, tile), as well as window shades.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with job site setup, tool organization, and cleanup. Remove old flooring and prepare subfloors for new installations. Learn to measure, cut, and lay flooring materials accurately. Follow all safety protocols and handling instructions for tools and materials. Communicate with colleagues and customers on the job site and in the office.

What We Look For:

Dependable, punctual, and ready to work hard every day. Ability to handle physical labor, heavy lifting (up to 50+ lbs), and bending/kneeling for extended periods. Valid driver's license in order to drive company vehicles to job sites. Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn a long-term trade. Ability to work with others.

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
