Employee discount and use of tools for personal use. Your Day-to-Day As a trained craftsman or craftswoman, you will work on a dynamic variety of properties.
Your tasks will include:
Cutting, nailing, and meticulously installing premium hardwood floors. Sanding, staining, and applying custom finishes to bring flooring to life. Collaborating with an experienced crew to deliver unmatched customer satisfaction. What You Need to Bring We look for individuals who are reliable, eager to learn, and take genuine pride in their work.
License:
A valid Wisconsin Driver's License is required.
Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Physical Ability:
Capability to comfortably lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
Availability:
Openness to occasional Saturday shifts and rare overnight travel.
Note:
