Your tasks will include:

Cutting, nailing, and meticulously installing premium hardwood floors. Sanding, staining, and applying custom finishes to bring flooring to life. Using your experience, you will troubleshoot issues and inspect for quality. You may help train others by demonstrating your skills. What You Need to Bring We look for individuals who are reliable, eager to learn, and take genuine pride in their work.

License:

A valid Wisconsin Driver's License is required.

Education:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical Ability:

Capability to comfortably lift and carry up to 75 pounds.

Availability:

Openness to occasional Saturday shifts and occasional overnight travel.
