Our team takes pride in transforming spaces with durable and aesthetically pleasing flooring options tailored to client needs. Role Description This is a full-time position, located in Green Bay, WI. The Lead Installer will oversee floor installation projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and efficient completion of tasks. Responsibilities include supervising installation teams, preparing surfaces, installing various types of flooring materials, conducting quality checks, and troubleshooting issues. The Lead Installer will also communicate with clients to confirm project requirements and ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Expertise in floor installation techniques, surface preparation, and handling a variety of flooring materials such as carpet, luxury vinyl, ceramic tile, and hardwood Skills in team leadership, task delegation, and project supervision Knowledge of workplace safety standards and ability to ensure compliance Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address installation challenges Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with clients effectively Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Prior experience in floor installation and leadership roles is preferred
