Job Description

Overview We are actively seeking a skilled and motivated Resin Flooring Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality resin flooring projects, ensuring durable and visually appealing finishes across various commercial and industrial settings. Your expertise in epoxy, vinyl, hardwood, tile, and other flooring materials will be vital in delivering exceptional results that meet client specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, grinding, and applying primers to ensure optimal adhesion of resin and flooring materials Install epoxy, vinyl, hardwood, tile, and other flooring types accurately following detailed construction plans and schematics Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and secure flooring components with precision Interpret technical drawings and schematics to execute complex installation procedures effectively Conduct floor refinishing, buffing, caulking, and water damage restoration to achieve a smooth, durable finish Adhere strictly to building material installation safety compliance protocols throughout all phases of work Assist with remodeling projects involving fixture installation, cabinet setup, trim carpentry, and concrete finishing as needed Handle manual tasks such as lifting heavy materials safely while maintaining proper manual handling techniques Collaborate with team members to interpret construction plans and ensure project timelines are met efficiently Skills Extensive experience with epoxy floor installation and flooring installation across various materials including carpet, vinyl, hardwood, tile, and resin-based products Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes for project planning and resource allocation Proficiency in using hand tools (e.g., chisels, screwdrivers) and power tools (e.g., drills, grinders) safely on construction sites Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans accurately Familiarity with building material installation standards and safety regulations within the restoration industry or general construction environment Experience in floor care techniques such as buffing, refinishing, caulking, and water damage restoration methods Skills in handling manual tasks involving manual handling practices for heavy or awkward materials Knowledge of fixture installation including cabinetry or other built-in components during remodeling projects Ability to work effectively on construction sites with a focus on safety compliance at all times Join our team if you're passionate about delivering top-tier flooring solutions!
