Starting Wage:
$23.49 + $1.00/hour shift differential
Shift:
Rotating days: 6:00pm - 6:00am
Work Schedule:
Rotating 12-Hour Shifts including every other weekend: What You'll Do The Press Operator is responsible for tasks that include: Assists Lead Operator with production of the job run. Monitor print quality and color consistency throughout the production process. Assist with inventory management for inks and production supplies. Cross-trains with Lead Press Operator to learn the functionality of the Offset Press. Works as a team member to meet production and company goals. What We're Looking For High school diploma or general education degree required 2 or more years of manufacturing experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good math and computer skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Desire to learn, grow, and contribute in a production environment. Why Join Inland? Physical Requirements:
Must meet physical demands identified in work screen protocol, this includes lifting up to 70 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 90 pounds on an occasional basis; Vision corrected to 20/40; Must pass Ishihara Color Assessment.
