Responsibilities Install windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Measure openings accurately and prepare job sites for efficient installation. Remove old windows and doors while minimizing damage to surrounding structures. Seal, insulate, and finish installations to ensure energy efficiency and weather resistance. Communicate professionally with homeowners and maintain a clean, organized work area. Requirements 1+ years of experience installing residential windows and doors. Ability to read measurements accurately and use caulking tools, power tools, and levelers safely for residential window and door installation. Knowledge of sealing, insulation, and weatherproofing best practices for residential window and door installation. Experience working professionally with homeowners in occupied homes. Able to carry windows and doors, stand for extended periods, and use ladders safely. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling to job sites. Fluent in English. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Fluency in an additional language is a plus.
