As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the accuracy of measurements, scope of work and materials needed for all sold projects assigned to them in an assigned territory. The Measure Technician follows the project through the life cycle of the project.
What You'll Do:
Precision Measuring & Ordering (Top Priority) Perform accurate, detailed measurements for custom window and door replacements. Determine correct product sizing, configurations, and installation requirements. Submit precise orders to ensure a perfect fit every time. Verify materials and products before installation. Carpentry & Construction Insight Identify structural issues, rot, or framing concerns during site visits. Understand how the installation will be executed and flag potential challenges early. Work closely with Design Consultants and installers to ensure smooth project flow. Tech & Documentation Use tablets, apps, and digital tools to record measurements, notes, and photos. Maintain accurate project files and submit reports on time. Customer Interaction Communicate professionally with homeowners during onsite visits. Explain installation expectations clearly and confidently. Provide a positive, knowledgeable customer experience.
What You Bring:
Required:
Experience measuring and ordering windows (not just installing). Background in carpentry, remodeling, window/door installation, or similar trades. Ability to read a tape measure, understand framing, and visualize the install. Moderate tech skills (tablets, apps, digital forms). Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters. Good communication and customer service skills.
Pay & Benefits:

Schedule:
