Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Glazier/Installer and bring precision, craftsmanship, and energy to every project! In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing glass, windows, storefronts, and related fixtures across commercial and residential sites. Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets high standards of quality, safety, and aesthetic appeal. Duties Handle glass materials safely, including cutting, fabricating, and fitting glass components with precision Install windows, doors, mirrors, storefronts, and other glass fixtures according to project requirements Use hand tools and power tools effectively to assemble frames, secure fixtures, and complete installations Perform quality control measurements to ensure proper fit, alignment, and finish of all installed materials Handle heavy lifting safely when transporting large glass panels or metal framing components on-site Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure weatherproofing and insulation of installed fixtures Assist with remodeling projects by fabricating custom glass solutions or installing fixtures as needed Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and adhering to safety protocols at all times Skills Construction knowledge and construction site experience with an understanding of safety standards and procedures Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Fabrication and fixture installation Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately for quality control purposes Knowledge of caulking techniques for weatherproofing and finishing touches on projects Glazing knowledge a plus but not required Join us in delivering exceptional craftsmanship on every project!
