- Window & Glass Installer / Helper Window Plus Blinds is a well-established glass and window company in Buena Park, CA , serving Southern California for over 20 years. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and already has some hands-on construction or installation experience. You do not need to be an experienced glazier, but this is not an entry-level position for someone with no construction experience. What You'll Do Install windows and doors Install shower doors, mirrors, and glass Work on commercial storefronts Install shades and blinds Load, unload, and safely handle glass and materials Use hand tools, power tools, and ladders Assist with measurements, removal, installation, and cleanup What We're Looking For Some previous construction or installation experience is required Experience with windows, doors, glazing, shower doors, storefronts, or similar installation work is a plus Comfortable using power tools and hand tools Able to lift and carry heavy glass, windows, and materials Comfortable working on ladders Valid California driver's license required Reliable transportation Basic English communication skills Authorized to work in the U.S. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Please do not apply if you have no construction or installation experience. Schedule & Pay Monday - Friday, approximately 9 AM - 5 PM Occasional weekend work may be available or required Starting at $20/hour Higher pay may be considered based on relevant experience Full-time position, with hours depending on workload Why Work With Us?
