In this role, you will help infants feel safe, cared for, and confident as they explore and grow. You will work alongside our infant teachers to provide attentive care, support daily routines, maintain a clean and welcoming classroom, and communicate thoughtfully with families and colleagues. Qualifications 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units, including 3 infant and toddler units. At least three years of experience caring for infants and toddlers from birth to 18 months Experience working with infants in a group care setting A patient, attentive approach and a genuine enjoyment of working with young children Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday Compensation and benefits $21-$24 per hour, based on qualifications and experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with a 5% employer match Paid 6 days of sick leave After completing the 90-day probationary period, 16 paid holiday and vacation days combined annually After one year of employment, 20 paid holiday and vacation days combined annually If you take pride in helping infants thrive during their earliest years, we would love to hear from you.
