We're a growing shop with steady work, modern systems, and a crew that takes pride in doing the job right the first time. We're looking to add an experienced glazier who wants a stable, long-term home — not a job that ends when the project does. What You'll Do Measure and install frameless and semi-frameless shower enclosures, glass doors, and heavy glass hardware Install residential glass: windows, mirrors, table tops, railings, and storefront work as needed Take accurate field measurements and templates in customers' homes Read and work from work orders, shop drawings, and specifications Drill, notch, and fit tempered glass panels; set hinges, clamps, and channels to spec Apply sealants and caulking for clean, watertight finishes Remove and replace broken or damaged glass Use hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment safely Keep job sites clean and protected — you're working in people's homes Represent the company professionally with customers, GCs, and designers What You Need 1-2+ years of hands-on glazier experience (required) Proven experience installing residential shower enclosures — frameless heavy glass in particular (required) Working knowledge of glass types, hardware, and installation methods Ability to read a tape measure precisely and template accurately in the field Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record (required — you'll be driving company vehicles) Ability to communicate clearly in English with customers, crew, and suppliers on the job site Able to lift heavy materials and work at heights Authorized to work in the U.S. Reliable and on time — our customers get an appointment window and we keep it A plus, but not required: glass cutting and fabrication experience, OSHA 10 or 30, storefront/commercial experience, mirror and railing work, experience with Jobber or similar field software.
