•Are you an experienced window and door installer ready to lead a crew and take ownership of high-quality installations? Newman Windows & Doors is hiring a Senior Lead Installer to run jobs, lead teams, and deliver top-tier results on residential retrofit projects. Pay $35-$45 per hour (DOE) Growth into higher leadership roles What You'll Do Lead and manage installation crews on-site Install windows, entry doors, French doors, and sliding glass doors Ensure jobs are completed on time, clean, and to spec Troubleshoot issues and make on-site decisions Train and mentor junior installers Communicate professionally with homeowners Requirements 5+ years window/door installation experience (REQUIRED) Previous lead or crew supervision experience Strong problem-solving and attention to detail Comfortable working on ladders and roofs Ability to lift 50+ lbs Skilled with power tools, trims, wraps, and deglazing

Must Have:

Age 21+ Valid Driver's License Clean driving record (REQUIRED) Ability to pass drug screen & physical

Schedule Monday-Friday:
