" Job Description Apprentice Window Cleaner Today is awesome! You showed up for work, loaded the truck, and the Lead Service Expert you're working with hands you the day's work orders. You've got the education to understand what's to be done… now it's time to roll up your sleeves and put it into action. You drive to the customer's house and the Lead Service Expert introduces you (as a colleague!) to the homeowner. You wrap up the first project of the day and get ready to move on to the next house. You're already looking forward to tomorrow.

Job Duties:

Work with the team: You stay in contact with your supervisor and your team to make sure the work orders are completed efficiently

• everyone pitches in because it's ultimately about serving the customer.

Develop your expertise:

You clean windows and wash homes, knowing that you're adding a positive experience to our customers lives through the services we offer, in turn giving them more free time and peace of mind. Over time, you gain a growing expertise in the services we offer.

Become a trusted professional:

You keep your tools neat, clean, and well maintained so they're handy and ready for use and safe. You are VERY detailed oriented. You'll learn to use our software, understand job-scope, estimating, equipment, inventory, etc. because you'll know that this keeps everyone informed

• from the customer to the journeyman to the team back at the office.

You'll look forward to the day when you're a trusted industry expert with your own apprentices.

Pathways to advancement:

You will start as an Apprentice, next is Service Expert, after that you'll strive to be a Lead Service Expert. Once a Lead Service Expert, you will be trained to manage your team. and next in line is a Senior Service Expert to manage other teams. Each pathway to advancement opens doors for more pay. Our Service Experts earn $30,000 to $65,000 a year plus tips, bonuses, incentives, and spiffs!

Job Requirements:

You love to learn: You have a high school diploma or equivalent. You don't need experience to apply here but experience is a plus. Most importantly, you have a drive to learn more because you know that it serves everyone

• from the customer to the team to yourself.

You eagerly complete your apprenticeship requirements and ask, "What's next?" You'll learn our culture, job site safety, customer interaction, how to up-sell, and get an overview of our entire system and processes. You're a tech-savvy people person: You love the challenge you're posed with and the adventure of completing a job well done. At the same time, you're comfortable talking to a homeowner and professionally educating them in what their options are. Service recommendations, technical information, cleaning agents? No problem. You're ready to work: You have a driver's license, a ready-to-work attitude, and no problem handling the physical demands of the job
