This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a variety of jobsite environments. The Installer works closely with project managers, foremen, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and quality standards. Responsibilities Measure and interpret construction plans and technical drawings to accurately install windows, doors, glass panels, and related fixtures. Handle glass and materials carefully, ensuring proper cutting, fabrication, and installation according to project specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently to complete installations on time. Install windows, doors, glass panels, and fixtures with precision, ensuring proper alignment and secure fitting. Perform dimensional measurements for quality control to verify that all components meet specified tolerances. Conduct caulking, sealing, and finishing work to ensure weather-tightness and aesthetic appeal of installations. Assist with heavy lifting and glass materials handling while following safety protocols on construction sites. Assist with layout, staging, and preparation of jobsite materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations Work collaboratively with team members and other trades on-site Skills Needed For Success Strong knowledge of reading technical drawings. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, metal stud framing, and fixture installation techniques. Experience in window installation, glass materials handling, fabrication, and glass installation processes. Ability to perform accurate dimensional measurements for quality control purposes. Familiarity with door hanging, door installation, caulking, and heavy lifting procedures. Construction site experience with a focus on safety standards and efficient workflow management.
