We are actively hiring an experienced Lead Installer with a strong background in residential window & door installation. We're looking for a motivated leader who can run projects independently, communicate professionally, and deliver high-quality craftsmanship on luxury residential builds throughout Southern California.

Compensation Starting Pay:

$30+/hour Pay is contingent on 3+ years of residential window & door installation experience Overtime opportunities available Growth opportunities within the company Requirements Minimum 3 years of residential window & door installation experience Preferred bilingual candidate (Spanish speaking preferred) Must be willing to travel throughout

Southern California:

Santa Barbara Palm Springs San Diego Additional travel as needed Up to 25% travel required Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record Must own professional installation tools; some provided by the company Ability to lift 50-100 lbs as needed Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to read plans, elevations, and installation details Responsibilities Lead and manage installation crews on residential projects Install high-end residential windows and doors per manufacturer specifications Read and interpret floor plans, elevations, and construction details Coordinate with builders, supervisors, and project managers Perform quality control checks and ensure OSHA safety compliance Maintain accurate daily logs, photos, and project updates Ensure company vehicles and materials are properly stocked and organized Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field Deliver projects with minimal supervision from start to finish Preferred Skills Experience with pocket doors, accordian, curtain wall, and large-format systems Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar construction software Knowledge of luxury residential construction standards Ability to lead crews and maintain project schedules Tools Required Applicants should own standard professional installation tools, including drills, impacts, lasers, levels, saws, and layout tools.
