Job Description

Category Therapy - Hospital - SLP Job Type Contract An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services in both hospital and school settings. This contract role offers a chance to work closely with students and staff, making a positive impact throughout the academic year.
Key Details:
Schedule:
35 hours per week
Grant Elementary:
September 26th through after Thanksgiving Break (Nov. 20th)
Stanford Middle School:
December 16th through the end of the school year (June)
Desired Qualifications:
Active SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Minimum of one year of experience in a school setting as an SLP Experience providing therapy in both hospital and educational environments Strong communication and collaboration skills Organized, flexible, and able to adapt to new settings Passion for supporting students' development and educational success
Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and individual student needs Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families for integrated support Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Attend relevant meetings and provide professional input for student planning
