Responsibilities Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and masking areas to ensure precise tint application Measure, cut, and fit window tinting films accurately using manual glass cutting techniques and power tools Install window tint films on vehicle windows, ensuring smooth, bubble-free finishes and adherence to safety standards Operate company vehicles and use hand tools safely during installation processes Conduct quality checks on completed installations, making adjustments as needed for perfect fit and finish Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to power tool safety protocols and handling glass materials carefully Provide excellent customer service by explaining the tinting process, addressing questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in auto glass installation, automotive glass repair, or dealership service environments is highly preferred Familiarity with automotive glass materials handling, auto body repair, and auto estimating processes is advantageous Ability to perform manual glass cutting and fitting with precision in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship Join us in delivering top-tier automotive enhancements!
