Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Installer Glazier and become a vital part of transforming spaces with precision and craftsmanship. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and fabricating glass and related materials across a variety of residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a skilled and dependable glazier with hands-on experience who can work efficiently, maintain quality standards, and represent the company professionally in the field. Duties Measure, cut, fabricate, and install glass panels, windows, doors, mirrors, screens, and other glazing components in residential and commercial settings Install and replace insulated units, single pane glass, mirrors, shower enclosures, storefront glass, screens, and related materials Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation aligned with project specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently to complete installations and repairs Perform glass repairs, re-glazing, and service work while maintaining safe and professional jobsite practices Perform heavy lifting and manual labor to handle large glass sheets, framing materials, and related products while following safety protocols Seal joints with caulking, setting blocks, and weatherproofing materials to ensure durability and proper performance Load, transport, and handle glass and materials safely and efficiently Maintain clean and organized job sites, vehicles, and work areas Collaborate with office staff, customers, and team members professionally to coordinate installation schedules and resolve field issues Identify and resolve installation issues in the field with minimal supervision Follow all safety procedures and company standards at all times Requirements Proven experience in glass installation, repair, fabrication, or related glazing work Strong knowledge of residential and commercial glass installation methods, materials, and safety practices Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and standard glazing equipment Ability to work independently and complete jobs efficiently with minimal supervision Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Physical strength for heavy lifting and prolonged standing; comfortable working at heights or in active job site conditions Strong focus on safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism Valid driver's license required Must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance consistent with workplace standards Preferred but not required: candidate has their own basic hand tools relevant to the position Preferred Qualifications Experience with insulated units, storefront systems, shower enclosures, mirrors, and screens Experience with storefront doors and hardware Familiarity with basic frame, trim, or related finish work associated with glass installation Join a team that values craftsmanship, reliability, and professionalism.
