Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Glazier to join our team. Work includes installation of windows, glass replacements, mirrors, shower enclosures, interior glass partitions, aluminum doors, and storefront systems. Responsibilities Work directly with customers, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality results Perform glass replacements, including accurate field measuring, cutting glass to specified sizes and shapes, and proper installation Install new windows, including retrofit and new construction applications Measure and install shower enclosures, including framed and frameless systems Install and service aluminum doors and storefront systems Perform single pane glass replacements in both aluminum and putty systems Apply sealants, weatherproofing, and adhesives to ensure proper waterproofing Use proper PPE, appropriate tools, materials, and safety equipment to complete each project Troubleshoot issues in the field and adapt as needed Maintain job site cleanliness and professionalism Follow daily schedules and complete work efficiently Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles. Perform general physical work including lifting, carrying, and moving materials Qualifications 5+ years experience in glazing or related construction work Experience with residential and/or commercial glass installations Ability to lift up to 80 lbs Clean DMV record Reliable, punctual, and professional on job sites Ability to work independently and complete jobs with minimal supervision Strong communication skills with customers and team members Qualified applicants will be contacted for next steps.
