For over 45 years, the same family has run Capistrano Valley Glass & Mirror out of San Juan Capistrano — and we're looking for skilled Glaziers who want to do the finest work of their careers, in one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in the country.

THE WORK SPEAKS FOR ITSELF

Our crew's glass is in the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel and the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach, plus some of South Orange County's finest homes.

TOP-DOLLAR PAY + MEDICAL

Non-union shop — pay is commensurate with skill and experience. The more of our requirements you meet, the higher up that scale you start. Multiple positions open.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✔ Proven residential glazing experience — heavy shower doors, custom glass railings, and custom mirror work ✔ Strong knowledge of glass installation techniques and materials ✔ Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately ✔ Proficient with hand tools and power tools relevant to glazing work ✔ Skilled at caulking to seal joints and prevent air or water leaks ✔ Familiarity with trim carpentry a plus ✔ Excellent attention to detail and a focus on quality craftsmanship ✔ Good physical condition, with the ability to lift heavy materials as needed ✔ A valid driver's license ✔ Pride in doing it right the first time
