Responsibilities Professionally install window tinting on various vehicle types, ensuring precise fitment and a flawless finish. Apply paint protection film (PPF) to vehicle surfaces, including hoods, bumpers, and full-body wraps, maintaining high standards of quality. Use manual glass cutting techniques to customize film and tint patterns for different vehicle models. Handle automotive glass materials safely during installation, repair, or replacement processes. Operate power tools and hand tools with a focus on safety protocols to achieve accurate installations. Assist with auto glass replacement or repair as needed, supporting the team in automotive glass projects. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety standards such as power tool safety and proper handling of glass materials. Support vehicle maintenance tasks when required, including minor repairs or adjustments to ensure optimal performance of installed products. Provide excellent customer service by explaining the benefits of tinting and PPF options, addressing customer questions professionally. Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation to job sites or supplier locations. Skills Proven experience in dealership environments or automotive service centers is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools safely. Familiarity with automotive glass repair, replacement, and fitting techniques. Experience working with ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) calibration is a plus. Ability to perform manual glass cutting accurately for custom installations. Knowledge of auto body repair processes and auto estimating procedures is advantageous. Physical strength for heavy lifting during material handling and installation tasks. Excellent attention to detail to ensure flawless tinting and PPF application results. Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members effectively. Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures related to automotive glass or cosmetic enhancements.
