EXPERIENCED WINDOW TINT INSTALLER

Cocoa, Florida | Automotive + Architectural Maldo's Auto Concepts is looking for an experienced, dependable Window Tint Installer who wants more than just another place to pick up occasional jobs. We have built a solid, established shop in Cocoa, and we are looking for the right person to help us continue growing the business, take ownership of day-to-day installations, and potentially grow into our Shop Manager position. This opportunity is best suited for someone who wants to become an important part of an established shop and build something long-term with us.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Highly experienced automotive window tint installer Strong experience with residential and commercial architectural film 10+ years of industry experience strongly preferred Must have been actively installing within the past year Excellent shrinking, cutting, installation and finishing skills High standards for cleanliness, workmanship and customer vehicles/property Self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision Reliable, punctual and professional Comfortable interacting with customers and handling walk-ins Able to accurately assess jobs and communicate with management and customers Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience with PPF and/or vinyl wraps is a major plus

THIS IS IMPORTANT

We are not looking for a roaming installer who is constantly calling different shops looking for the next job. We want someone who is willing to commit their time and effort to Maldo's Auto Concepts , take care of our customers, help maintain the shop, and contribute to growing the business. When installations aren't on the schedule, we still need someone who understands that building a successful shop includes being available for customers, answering questions, handling walk-ins, keeping the installation areas ready, and helping generate and retain business. EMPLOYMENT OPTIONS

We are open to discussing either a W-2 employee position or a properly structured independent contractor arrangement , depending on the candidate and circumstances. W-2: Predetermined work schedule with compensation based on experience, skill level and responsibilities.

Independent Contractor:

Must operate as an established independent contractor and maintain appropriate insurance coverage for both automotive and residential/commercial architectural window film installations. Additional requirements will be discussed before beginning work.

$22.00 - $35.00 per hour
