$25.00/hour + $3.00/hour night differential, with higher pay available based on experience Job Overview Seeking an experienced Industrial Painter/Sandblaster to prepare metal surfaces and apply protective industrial coatings. This position requires experience with blasting, spray application, coating inspection, and working safely in challenging environments. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare steel and metal surfaces through sandblasting, removing rust, scale, and existing coatings.
• Apply industrial coatings such as epoxy, urethane, and zinc-rich primers.
• Operate airless, HVLP, and conventional spray equipment.
• Use technical drawings, work orders, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to complete coating work accurately.
• Check coating application and thickness to meet project specifications.
• Inspect painting and blasting equipment and perform minor adjustments or repairs when needed.
• Work in confined spaces, elevated areas, and changing environmental conditions.
• Follow required PPE, confined-space, height, and general jobsite safety procedures.
• Document surface preparation, coating applications, job progress, and quality-control information.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while working as part of a team.
