Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a Lead installer with 3 or more years of experience. Must be detail-oriented Flat Glass Service Professional, able to lead others. This is a growth track, Management opportunities, and incentive pay. Your expertise will ensure precise measurements, quality craftsmanship, and seamless installation of glass and related fixtures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial settings, utilizing your construction knowledge and hands-on skills to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities Execute Service with Advanced Training Conduct accurate field measuring. Cut flat glass and mirrors according to specified dimensions and patterns. Install replacement glass in existing products and systems. Install mirrors in replacement and new installations. Install glass and glass holding products and systems (storefronts, windows, shower doors, etc.) in new installations. Install and adjust door and window hardware as well as other operating components of product lines. Maintain a spirit of cooperation, respect and teamwork. Treat all customers with respect at all times. Treat all fellow employees with respect at all times. Keep company vehicles and equipment in good working order and condition. Maintain open lines of communications with management and fellow employees at all times. Perform other duties as assigned which may include the duties outside this job description and may also include cross-training in related positions within the company. Skills Knowledge of construction estimating and interpreting technical drawings or schematics Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, drills, levels, measuring tapes; experience with power tools is essential Skilled in window installation, fixture installation, door hanging, and trim carpentry Ability to take accurate dimensional measurements for quality control purposes Experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of safety procedures Hands-on experience in remodeling projects involving metal stud framing or drywall finishing Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with glass handling and installation Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing installations effectively Background in handyman services or general construction experience is highly desirable Join us as a Lead Flat Glass Service Professional to bring your craftsmanship to life! Pay:
$21.00 - $27.00 per hour
