This position is responsible for overseeing field quality, Field Supervisors, subcontractor performance, installation standards, rework, and the resolution of field-related customer concerns. The Head of Field serves as the primary leadership authority for field quality and is expected to identify problems early, drive corrective action, and ensure installations consistently meet company, manufacturer, and applicable installation standards Responsibilities Lead, manage, and hold Field Supervisors accountable for field performance and assigned projects. Oversee quality-control inspections during and after installations. Conduct field visits on high-priority, escalated, or complex projects. Ensure installed products meet approved scope, manufacturer requirements, and company quality standards. Review and oversee punch lists, rework requirements, and corrective-action plans. Ensure rework and quality-control issues are addressed and verified promptly. Investigate recurring installation deficiencies and failed inspections. Identify trends in subcontractor workmanship and implement corrective action. Coach Field Supervisors, installers, and subcontractors on quality expectations and installation standards. Evaluate subcontractor quality, reliability, and recurring deficiencies. Escalate serious workmanship, safety, code, or customer-experience concerns. Partner with Installation Management to resolve field issues affecting project completion. Ensure field activities, photographs, punch lists, and QC results are properly documented in Salesforce. Monitor projects requiring QC, rework, final inspections, or field intervention. Provide management with visibility into field performance, recurring issues, and operational risks. Provide field feedback to improve estimating, measurement, product ordering, installation, and training processes. Support continuous improvement of installation standards and field procedures. Qualifications Strong experience in window and door installation, construction field management, installation management, or quality control. Previous experience leading field employees, installers, or subcontractors. Strong understanding of installation practices and construction quality standards. Ability to identify workmanship deficiencies and determine appropriate corrective action. Strong leadership, accountability, and problem-solving skills. Ability to professionally manage customer escalations and subcontractor performance issues. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Comfortable using CRM and field-management technology, including Salesforce. Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly to customer jobsites. Performance Expectations Performance will be measured through installation quality, QC turnaround time, punch-list frequency, rework rates, repeat deficiencies, failed inspections, subcontractor performance, field-team productivity, and timely resolution of customer-impacting issues. The Head of Field is expected to maintain strong visibility in the field while building a culture of quality, accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement across the installation operation.

Pay:
