We are known for our quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and strong dealership and retail presence across North Florida. What You'll Do Perform high-quality installation of automotive window film on a wide range of vehicles Ensure clean, precise, and efficient installs that meet company standards Inspect vehicles before and after installation to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized work environment Represent the company with professionalism when interacting with customers and dealership partners What We're Looking For ✅ Minimum 2 years of professional window tint installation experience (automotive required) ✅ Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✅ Valid driver's license and clean driving record ✅ Dependable, punctual, and customer-focused ✅ PPF and/or Vinyl experience preferred but not required ✅ Commercial and/or Residential Window film experience preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience with commission potential Opportunity for performance-based pay increases per vehicle completed Growth potential within a fast-growing, veteran-owned business If you are an experienced tinter looking for a long-term opportunity with a professional, veteran-led company, we encourage you to apply today!
