Local Glazier:

Mirrors/Glass/Shower Doors This is a local glazier position with very limited travel outside the County. Weber Glass Inc. welcomes individuals looking to relocate to our area. WGI invites Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Gainesville area residents looking to relocate to a less traffic laden area with more affordable housing options to visit our business and apply for our positions. We are looking to hire a professional glazier to measure, cut, and install and related items for homes and businesses.

Glazier Responsibilities:

Following directions to determine the shape, size, color and thickness of glass for installation procedures. Cutting glass to size and specifications in the workshop and on the job site. Loading glass or related items onto delivery trucks for transport to job site. Driving trucks to job sites and unloading glass and materials. Fabricating and installing moldings for glass installation. Cutting and removing broken glass prior to new installation. Cleaning the job area once glass has been installed and the client is satisfied.

Glazier Requirements:

High school diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D.) 3+ years working as a glazier or commercial glazier. Detailed knowledge of the glass cutting process. Ability to lift heavy objects. Attention to detail. Hand-eye coordination. Communication skills. Employer has dress code. Ability to deal with stressful situations. Valid Driver's license for required travel.
