Job Summary Destin Glass is looking for a dependable, hardworking Installer Helper to join our team. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity to learn the glass installation trade and advance to Installer I as skills and experience develop. Responsibilities Assist Lead Installers and Installers with residential and commercial glass installations Safely load, unload, carry, and handle glass and materials Help prepare jobsites and protect customer property Assist with installation of showers, mirrors, windows, doors, and other glass products Use basic hand and power tools Assist with setting, sealing, and finishing glass Maintain a clean and organized jobsite Follow safety procedures and instructions Communicate professionally with customers and team members Perform other shop and installation duties as needed Qualifications Dependable and punctual Hardworking and willing to learn Comfortable working with your hands Able to safely lift and handle glass and materials Good attention to detail Able to work as part of a team Professional attitude and appearance Valid driver's license Previous construction, remodeling, or glass experience is a plus What We Offer On-the-job training Opportunity for advancement to Installer I Opportunities for pay increases based on skill development and performance Monday-Friday schedule If you're dependable, willing to learn, and interested in building a career in the glass industry, we'd like to meet you!
