Experienced Window Tint Installer Solar Shade Window Tint, a veteran-owned business in Jacksonville, FL, is adding a new location in St Augustine, FL and seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced Window Tint Installer to join our team. We are known for our quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and strong dealership and retail presence across North Florida. What You'll Do Perform high-quality installation of automotive window film on a wide range of vehicles Ensure clean, precise, and efficient installs that meet company standards Inspect vehicles before and after installation to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized work environment Represent the company with professionalism when interacting with customers and dealership partners What We're Looking For ✅ Minimum 2 years of professional window tint installation experience (automotive required) ✅ Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✅ Valid driver's license and clean driving record ✅ Dependable, punctual, and customer-focused Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience with commission potential Opportunity for performance-based pay increases per vehicle completed Growth potential within a fast-growing, veteran-owned business If you are an experienced tinter looking for a long-term opportunity with a professional, veteran-led company, we encourage you to apply today!
