Job Description

Window Service Technician Schedule:
Monday-Friday Travel:
Regional (Company vehicle provided with trailer)
Compensation:
$18 to $23 per hour depending on experience

Gas Compensation About the Role We're seeking an experienced and motivated Window Service Technician to oversee our service and installation operations. You'll lead and oversee projects in the field, and ensure top-tier craftsmanship and customer experience. Key Responsibilitiese Oversee complete lifecycle of window installations and service calls Coordinate scheduling , ensuring optimal and timely completion Order materials and parts , track shipments, and manage custimer exerience Perform site visits , oversee quality control, and conduct inspections Handle customer communication , troubleshoot issues, and resolve escalations Maintain compliance with safety codes and building regulations Qualifications Minimum 1 years' experience in window (or door) knowledge is preferred. Know how to back up a trailer. Must be able to lift 100 lbs. We will trail but it helps if you are well-versed in measuring, installing, and repairing windows , including trimming and sealing techniques Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Mechanically inclined with aptitude for hands-on field work Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly to job sites Physical & Technical Skills Comfortable working with ladders and tools , lifting up to ~100 lbs Skilled in reading blueprints and technical specifications is helpful Basic office proficiency (MS Office, scheduling/order software knowledge is helpful) Benefits Competitive hourly wage with hands on training with a trip program.
