Installation Assistant - Job Description Reports to: Lead Installer / Installation Manager Overview of position The Installation Assistant at Quality Stoves and Spas is a position where the main goal and focus is assisting the Lead installer with all hearth product Installation.

Job Responsibilities Job Prep:

Work with Lead Installer to prep for upcoming jobs

Education:

Continuing education on installation and operation procedures of new and existing products.

Safety:

Following company and government safety standards. Participate in all company safety training.

Installation:

Working closely with the Lead Installer to efficiently and properly install products up to manufacturer and local building code.

Organized:

Keep work vehicle and job site clean and organized up to company standards.

Operations:

Ensure compliance with current policies and developing new policies as needed to ensure efficient Installation.

Customer Relations:

Communicating clearly while keeping a positive and professional attitude with customers.

Servant Minded:
