• Immediate Hiring Job Duties + Clean and prepare parts for painting using chemicals + Tape, handle, and organize parts before and after painting + Sand, deburr, and sandblast parts for smooth finish + Inspect parts for quality and defects + Maintain fast production pace (1,500-3,000 parts/shift) Requirements + Manufacturing or production experience preferred + Attention to detail and ability to do repetitive work + Basic math and computer skills + Ability to meet daily targets and work independently Physical Requirements + Stand for long hours and handle small parts + Lift up to 35 lbs occasionally + Comfortable working with chemicals (mask/respirator required) Work Environment + Fast-paced production setting + Work with tools, sandblasting, and paint processes + Team-focused with safety and cleanliness standards.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00
