Job Description
Job Summary Join our team as a Window Install Helper and be a part of transforming spaces through expert window and glass installation! In this role, you will assist skilled installers in the safe and efficient placement of windows, doors, and related fixtures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in the remodeling & construction space while supporting a collaborative team dedicated to excellence. Duties Assist with the installation of windows, glass panels, doors, and trim carpentry components using hand tools and power tools Support heavy lifting and material handling to ensure safe and efficient movement of large glass units and framing materials Prepare work areas by setting up scaffolding, measuring spaces, and organizing materials for installation Perform caulking and minor remodeling tasks to ensure finished quality Follow safety protocols on construction sites including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Experience Prior experience in construction estimating or working on construction sites is preferred but not required Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, glass installation techniques, and schematics is highly beneficial Previous handyman experience or construction painting background is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed Demonstrated understanding of safety procedures on construction or manufacturing sites Job locations are spread out throughout Eastern Idaho.
