Installation Technician

We're seeking a skilled installer/carpenter to provide customers with courteous, professional, and technical-precise installations of our bathroom products and services in the greater Chicagoland area. Re-Bath, the nation's leading complete bathroom remodeler, is seeking passionate Installers to join our team! Re-Bath Chicagoland is a locally owned and operated franchise. The owners of the business are actively involved every day and are committed to the success of the organization. Our business is rapidly expanding so we are seeking talented Installation technicians with home construction or remodeling experience to install our custom-made shower/bath products in the greater Chicagoland area, including the city of Chicago and west, southwest, and south suburbs and near rural areas. The position will require bathroom remodeling in residential homes, which would include the following: minor plumbing, shower installation, bathtub installation, vanity installation, toilet installation, drywall repair, and shower door installation. Training will be provided, but some construction field / finished carpentry-related experience is required. The installer/carpenter will become an expert resource on all product knowledge, installation, inventory, and warranty inquiries, while always displaying a professional appearance and friendly demeanor for our customers. Company vehicle will be provided.

Qualifications:

• 21 years of age or older with minimum of 2 years of previous carpentry and/or installment/construction experience
• Exhibit a high level of skill in the remodeling field
• Direct in-home installation experience preferred
• Ready to learn and implement Re-Bath franchise system tools, products, training, and resources
• Be a self-starter with an outstanding customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instruction given
• Value careful attention to detail
• Understand the importance of dependability
• Demonstrate people and organization skills
• Be a team player
• Hold a valid driver's license with a spotless driving record
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be able to pass a criminal background check and a random drug test
• Be willing to follow company policies and procedures
