Fishers, IN Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits On-the-job training Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Install truck, van, and jeep accessories and aftermarket products Perform basic wiring and electrical connections Inspect vehicles before and after installation Troubleshoot installation issues Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment Follow all safety procedures, product guidelines, and shop standards Communicate daily with Technical Lead and sales to review workload Work efficiently to meet production schedules while maintaining attention to detail Maintain accurate daily records as instructed Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications :

Automotive or mechanical experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to read installation instructions Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment Valid driver's license required, clean driving record preferred
