Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Glazier/Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing glass, windows, doors, shower enclosures, windshields, and related fixtures across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure precise measurements, high-quality craftsmanship, and adherence to safety standards. VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE

is required. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install glass panels and related fixtures with precision using hand tools and power tools. Interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation. Handle glass materials safely during fabrication, transportation, and installation processes. Perform quality control measurements to verify proper fitment, alignment, and finish of installed components. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting and construction site activities. Qualifications Prior glazing experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of glass materials handling, fabrication techniques, and window or door installation. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools effectively. Ability to interpret technical drawings including schematics for accurate installation. Experience with measurement (quality control), caulking, trim carpentry, and fixture installation. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different project requirements. Knowledge of and adherence to shop and job site safety protocol, as well as being capable of physical work including heavy lifting and climbing a ladder.
