Full Job Description Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and hardworking Team Helper to assist with daily loading, unloading, delivery, and full hands-on installation of residential items and household appliances. This position operates as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely load, unload, and maneuver bulky items including cabinets, mattresses, and major appliances.
Appliance Installation:
Perform complete, proper installation and hookup of residential appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, electric ranges, and gas ovens. Work directly alongside a team member on every route to ensure safe handling and quality service. Protect customer property and products from damage during transit and setup.
Schedule & Daily Hours:

6 days a week (Monday through Saturday)
Start Times:
Monday -
Friday:
Starts promptly at 5:30
AM Saturday:
Starts promptly at 6:00
AM Hours:
Route-based schedule (averages around 8 hours per day, but shift length depends on route completion and can be shorter).
Requirements:
Experience Required:
Must have hands-on experience with appliance installation, heavy lifting, moving, or delivery setup.
Installation Skills:
Must be skilled and confident in properly installing refrigerators, washers, dryers, electric ovens, and gas ovens.
Equipment & Tools:
Must bring your own basic installation tools, hand tools, and moving gear (dolly, straps, etc.).
Transportation:
Must have reliable personal transportation to report on time every morning.
Teamwork:
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team member.
Physical Ability:
Must be capable of continuously lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy items (75+ lbs).

Fixed rate of $200.00 per day
