This position is for an active commercial construction site , so applicants must have hands-on commercial glazing experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. Requirements Minimum 4 years of commercial glazing experience Proven experience wet-setting windows Strong hands-on experience as a glazier Experience installing windows and glass in commercial construction projects Experience working at heights is required Must be comfortable working from lifts, scaffolding, ladders, and other elevated work areas Ability to safely handle and install glass and window systems Ability to follow project specifications, drawings, and safety requirements Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a construction crew Must have actual field experience — this is not an entry-level position Responsibilities Wet-set and install commercial windows Install and properly secure glass and window systems Measure, set, level, and align window assemblies Safely handle glass and glazing materials Work at elevated heights while following all required safety procedures Work with other trades and construction personnel on an active commercial job site Maintain a clean and safe work area Complete work according to project specifications and quality standards Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an experienced commercial glazier who can step onto a job site and perform the work with minimal supervision. You should be confident with wet-setting windows, experienced with commercial projects, and comfortable working at significant heights.
