Midas of Rochester is seeking a full-time Automotive Technician. Locally owned in Rochester, MN since 1978, we offer quality auto repairs and build great customer relationships. The Midas Auto Service franchise has over 1300 locations offering nationwide service and warranty. This role requires mechanical knowledge and willingness to expand your skillset. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid Minnesota Driver's License
• Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods, and lift 50 lbs.
• Guest and team-focused mindset
• Good communication skills

To Succeed:

• Ability to complete basic automotive services including brake repair, suspension repair, alignments, engine diagnostics and general maintenance duties.

• Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation
• Perform manual tasks, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting
