Carpenter / Window Installer Needed -

Egress Window Cut-In Job Location:

Kernersville, NC Sentri Homes is a nationwide residential construction company looking for skilled laborers to help complete our projects. We work with contractors on a project-by-project basis, and crews who consistently do great work become our go-to team for recurring jobs across the country.

SCOPE OF WORK

Cut a new window opening into an existing exterior wall (no current opening) to create a code-compliant egress window Frame in header and rough opening, reinforcing structure as needed (not a full wall reframe) Supply and install new double-hung window, matching style of home's existing windows Install exterior trim to match existing house trim Patch and finish interior drywall around new opening Install interior casing to match existing door/window trim Full paint finish on interior patch and trim — job must be complete and move-in ready when crew leaves Full site cleanup and debris removal

JOB DETAILS

Estimated duration: 2 days (Day 1: cut opening, frame, install/seal window; Day 2: trim, drywall patch, paint finish) Window will be ordered ahead of time — measurements and placement must be field-verified before crew begins Target start: within 3 weeks

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2+ years of trade experience in carpentry/window installation Must have tools necessary to complete the job Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris Take before, during, and after photos Pay is issued on a Net 7-day period.
