Installer/Technician Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Window Covering Installation Assistant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You'll be responsible for professionally assisting with the installation of blinds, shades, shutters, and other window treatments in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Install various types of window coverings (shutters, blinds, shades, etc.) with precision and care Review installation instructions and product specifications to ensure proper placement and function Interact professionally with customers and team members to ensure a positive experience Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure job sites are left in excellent condition Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment such as drills, levels, miter saws, and ladders Transport products and equipment to job sites using a company vehicle

Qualifications:

Strong personal and communication skills; professional demeanor Works well in a team environment and takes direction Proficient with power tools and basic carpentry techniques Clean driving record and valid driver's license Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet Highly organized with attention to detail and time management
