They represent the company on residential and commercial jobsites, ensuring flawless aesthetics, structural integrity, and elite customer service.

$ Based of expertise & experience Key Responsibilities Technical Installation Install specialized enclosures : Mount frameless, semi-frameless, sliding, and bypass shower glass systems. Mount custom mirrors : Secure large-scale wall mirrors, vanity mirrors, and custom glass panels safely. Fit hardware components : Attach hinges, u-channels, headers, clamps, and towel bars perfectly. Apply water sealing : Apply clean structural silicone beadings to prevent leakages entirely. Execute field modifications : Drill precise anchoring holes into porcelain, ceramic tile, or marble. Site Prep & Measurement Verify field dimensions : Use laser levels and tape measures to cross-check tolerances before unboxing. Evaluate wall conditions : Check structural blocking, out-of-plumb walls, and uneven surfaces. Read job paperwork : Review specific blueprints, architectural diagrams, and digital work orders (as/if applicable). Client & Vehicle Operations Provide customer care : Walk clients through completed work, usage care, and cleaning instructions. Manage mobile technology : Document job completion and upload before/after photos via company apps and collect final payments (if applicable). Operate company vehicles : Safely load, secure, and transport fragile glass glass-racks to job locations. Role Requirements & Qualifications Experience & Skills Proven glass experience : Minimum 1-3 years of residential glass or finish carpentry experience preferred. Measurement precision : Absolute mastery of reading a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch. Tool proficiency : Competence with glass suction cups, glass cutters, impact drivers, and tile drill bits. Mathematical baseline : Ability to quickly calculate fractions and geometric angles on site. Physical Demands Heavy material lifting : Ability to routinely lift, carry, and maneuver glass panels up to 50-75 lbs. Stamina & flexibility : Prolonged standing, bending, crouching, and lifting over the head. Height tolerance : Comfort operating safely on ladders, scaffolding, and step stools. Credentials Valid driver's license : Must hold a clean driving record to operate company-insured work vans. : We wish for one time installations and so a key KPI for an installer is the ability to leave the job site with a one-time quality installed job.

Show up to all scheduled shifts and keep accurate records as to how time is used throughout the shift; i.e. clock in and out of jobs.
