Over the past year, we've built a strong reputation specializing in high-quality window tint, paint protection film (PPF), and ceramic coatings with a focus on delivering an elevated customer experience. This is a shop built with intention for the cars, for the team, and for the future. We've invested in top-tier materials, air-conditioned bays, a clean install environment, and a polished showroom that reflects the level of work we deliver. Quality comes first here, attention to detail matters, and pride in workmanship is non-negotiable. We're growing quickly, and we're now hiring our 3rd full-time Window Tint Installer to keep up with demand and continue building a strong, tight-knit team. Our address is 3652 N Rancho Drive, suite 101. What the Role Looks Like We're looking for a full-time installer who can produce clean, consistent work and take ownership of their installs. You should be confident jumping into real jobs quickly and comfortable working on everything from daily drivers to higher-end vehicles.

• 7:00 PM What you'll be doing: Properly prepping vehicles to ensure clean installs Installing tint on front windows, full vehicles, windshields, and sunroofs Working with high-quality carbon and ceramic films (all provided) Maintaining a high standard of workmanship in a clean, organized shop Using plotter-cut systems (no hand cutting on vehicles) Contributing to improving and refining our install process Playing a role in the customer experience•every car leaving should look pristine What We're Looking For We're building a small, strong team•not a revolving door.

This role is for someone who takes pride in their work and wants stability, growth, and a solid work environment.

Requirements:

2+ years of professional automotive tint experience Confident working independently and as a team from prep to final install Strong attention to detail and clean finishing skills Reliable, accountable, and easy to work with Team-oriented mindset Open to growth and improving systems Available for full-time schedule (including weekends) Comfortable appearing on camera for marketing or educational content Pay & Compensation We've structured this role to reward both consistency and performance. $15-19/hour base pay (full-time) 4-5% commission on all tint work you complete Each installer is expected to handle approximately $40,000

• 60,000 in tint work per month. That puts your expected annual earnings between ~$65,000
