Responsibilities:

Relevant and sustained installation experience in the industry (2 years preferred) Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic Substantial experience working with vinyl, wood, aluminum windows also caulking/sealing interior/exterior trim applications Ability to effectively lead and manage helpers Solution-oriented and innovative thinking abilities on the job site Strong communication skills to our customers & with office staff Ability to exceed our customer expectations and take extreme pride in your work

Requirements:

Self-starters who are responsible, take initiative and work independently Your own truck, trailer, and tools Valid driver's license Lead Paint Certified or willing to become certified
