$25.00 - $30.00 per hour About Us 716 Details is a rapidly growing automotive appearance company specializing in professional window tinting, ceramic coatings, paint correction, detailing, vinyl wraps, and vehicle customization. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Window Tint Installer to join our team. This position is designed for a skilled installer who takes pride in producing high-quality work, maintaining professional standards, and contributing to a positive team environment. Position Overview As a Professional Window Tint Installer, you will be responsible for installing automotive window film on a wide variety of vehicles while maintaining the highest level of quality and efficiency. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with previous tinting experience who can consistently perform clean installations with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Install automotive window film on cars, trucks, SUVs, and specialty vehicles Shrink and install rear windows efficiently and accurately Hand-cut and/or plotter-cut film as required Perform quality inspections before vehicle delivery Maintain a clean and organized work area Ensure all installations meet company quality standards Communicate effectively with management regarding scheduling and vehicle needs Properly care for customer vehicles throughout the installation process Assist with shop operations and workflow when needed Qualifications Previous automotive window tinting experience required Ability to tint full vehicles independently Strong shrinking, cutting, and installation skills Excellent attention to detail Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Professional attitude and appearance Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Valid driver's license preferred Preferred Experience Experience using plotting software and plotters Experience with ceramic and carbon films Experience with windshield and visor installations Knowledge of New York State tint regulations Experience working in a professional tint or automotive shop environment Compensation & Benefits $25.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience and production level Performance bonus opportunities Consistent year-round work Professional shop environment Advancement opportunities within a growing company Full-time and part-time positions available Access to industry-leading tools, materials, and training Schedule Monday through Saturday Day Shift Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available Flexible scheduling available for qualified candidates Why Join 716 Details?
