Install windows plumb, level, and square according to manufacturer specifications. Bend, Install and fabricate metal flashing as needed to ensure proper waterproofing. Apply clean, professional caulk and sealant lines on both interior and exterior finishes. Perform proper weatherproofing, insulation, and finishing work. Protect customers' homes during installation and maintain a clean work area. Safely operate hand and power tools. Identify and report any installation issues or field conditions. Provide courteous and professional customer service while on-site. Requirements Minimum 3 years of residential replacement window installation experience (required).

Must be experienced with:

Metal flashing installation Professional caulking and sealant application Window waterproofing and weatherproofing Finish trim installation Ability to work independently and as part of a crew. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Valid driver's license preferred. Personal vehicle preferred for transportation to job sites. OSHA certification required (OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred). Must be authorized to work in the United States.
